Only two
tender leaves and a bud are used to produce this
delicious green biodynamic tea. With its delicate
green liquor, green tea is valued for its
detoxifying and antioxidant properties. The
unfermented leaves of green tea are lightly
steamed before being dried.
Our green
tea is grown at Makaibari, the first biodynamic
tea estate in the world, situated at 3-4000 ft
high up in the Himalayas.
The Darjeeling estate is protected on all sides by
lush virgin forests and is home and livelihood to
a community of 1700 people, a family of panthers
and a richly diverse wildlife.

Use
Enjoy. Our
teas are bright, clear, reflective infusions.
Allow one level teaspoon per person and pour on
freshly boiled water. Infuse for up to 3 minutes
or to taste.
