Suggested Use

For prolonged use as dietary supplement, take 1.5 measuring capfuls (2 Tbsp.) daily preferably in the morning. Maybe diluted with water. Shake bottle gently before use. Refrigerate after opening.

Calcium (elemental from 1474 mg gluconate and lactate), Magnesium (elemental from 3106 mg magnesium gluconate and citrate), Zinc (from 11.4 mg zinc citrate), Aqueous extracts from hibiscus, chamomile, fennel, spinach; fructose, fruit juice concentrate (mango, orange), natural flavor, locust seed flour. To preserve the product and prevent its fermentation, keep refrigerated at all times after opening and consume within 4 week.
